They did a fantastic job to secure my mothers garden

Awesome job installing a pair of driveway gates for me. Josh went above and beyond to ensure everything was completely without any comprise. I unreservedly recommend him!

Had a handrail installed from our rear extension to the back garden, which was required by the council based on building regulations. There were very specific measurements that had to be adhered to, and CSJ came to get the measurements and ensured that the design meets the requirement. It took a while for the installation to be finally done due to backlogs and the weather, but finally it's done and council inspector is satisfied with it.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. While the metal side gate initially appeared well made, a serious security flaw quickly became evident. The gate can be pulled open from the outside by simply lifting the drop bolts, completely bypassing the lock and leaving the property unsecured. As a result, we have had to rely on a padlock as a temporary measure. Josh acknowledged the issue and proposed a fix, but despite months of follow ups, messages and phone calls, no action was taken. Communication gradually stopped altogether. Aftercare is non existent and accountability lacking. I

Prompt response, able to quote without seeing job, came within two days, arrived early, did the job swiftly and a good job done, tidied up. very impressed with Josh and Freddie, thank you. would use you again.

I am really pleased with my new steel stairs from CSJ - it replaced a rotten wooden flight of stairs and now looks fabulous. The team at CSJ were very flexible with installation date and arrived promptly on the day arranged. The team worked very hard (in the heat!) they were very self sufficient. I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you
