  Handrail installation in back garden

  Had a handrail installed from our rear extension to the back garden, which was required by the council based on building regulations. There were very specific measurements that had to be adhered to, and CSJ came to get the measurements and ensured that the design meets the requirement. It took a while for the installation to be finally done due to backlogs and the weather, but finally it's done and council inspector is satisfied with it.

  Repoint chimney stack, clear gutters and paint fascia

  Contacted Abraham to do periodic maintenance of the gutters and also some repair works. He provided an affordable quote so went ahead with the works. We had to reschedule due to poor weather but everything was done after that, and Abraham gave continuous updates as we were out on that day. A few days later, noticed some difference in colour on the chimney repointing so I raised the matter with Abraham. He kindly came over on another day to explain the situation - there were parts that still had old cement, and if he put in new ones it would fall off.
