  Blockage in soil pipe causing toilet, bath & sink being unusable

  They came earlier than expected. Mason was polite and identified the issue quickly. Although unable to rectify the actual cause of the blockage themselves, required specialist pressure jet equipment, they were helpfull in suggesting companies that could support which was really helpful in the emergency situation. The work they did undertake, fitting a new pipe section, was professionally completed and no mess was left after completion

  Boiler service and leaking pipe replaced

  My boiler pressure was dropping and I had a leaking pipe. The boiler was serviced and pipe replaced. I am happy with the work carried out (hopefully there will be no further leaks). Clive did a good job and I would use him in the future.

  Replacement of failed toilet flush valve.

  I provided a photo of the flush mechanism as requested. Mason arrived on time with a replacement unit. He dismantled the mechanism with an explanation of the fault, fitted the new part and checked the operation before completion of the job. Very efficient.
