  Rapid Response. Clear communications and sharing of issue in advance with photograph requested to help prepare materials and to determine price of work. Adjusted time of arrival to suit me. Completed task rapidly and payment was exactly as quoted. Highly competent and I liked the fact the plumber brought a young apprentice too.
