Thanks so muchnto Clive for such a speedy response to diagnose, temporarily fix anf then replace our boiler. Clive is courteous, professional and responsive. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

I have had a very bad experience with this company. I contacted them for a boiler service as my radiators were not working upstairs due to low boiler pressure. The job was booked in for 11/11/25 and they quoted me £120 Then when the job was finished they tried to take advantage of the fact that my wife was on her own and her English wasn't fluent, by charging her £144 instead of £120. Thankfully, my wife stood firm and stated we would only pay £120. They didn't even fix the low boiler pressure. They told me that a reading below 1 is normal which it isn't. AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY!

fitted agreed to come back and test next week, it still doesn't work and they refuse to correct it, I purchased supply and fit of working shower, it works backwards and they want more money to fix it

Mason was incredible from start to finish, really friendly and knowledgeable - handled multiple jobs the same day for me and truly did such an amazing job I’ll be sticking with this company now the service is unmatched
