Tonepohl have just finished a complete overhaul of an old and extremely quirky central heating system in a large and rambling house. They took in their stride all the inevitable problems that arose, as well as being respectful of the property and its elderly owner. Everyone from the boss to the engineers to the office staff were so kind. This is the way to run a company!

It was dark, it was well out of hours and Carl had his engineer Tim to us within 15 minutes to repair our under warranty failed boiler pump. Tim had the part on his van and ensured the system was fully operational after new part fitted. Well deserved reputation.

I’d really recommend them. Called with my boiler not working someone was with me within half an hour! And managed to fix it and Carl even called to check how they were getting on. So grateful to have heating back on and to know they’re a nice company thanks so much

We’ve just had a new bath fitted in our en suite,and a new shower valve and taps fitted. Lloyd was brilliant! His attention to detail has been really appreciated, Nothing was too much trouble,having matched up some tiles,and made good where needed. It all looks bright and new again. Thankyou!
