  Posted job on checkatrade and within the hour Crowntech responded and within two more hours the engineer attended and fixed the issue. Fast service and all work carried out with no issue.

  Fridge freezer repair

  I was charged for a call out and was promised that it would include whatever was needed on the day and afterwards- should the ice maker not work - and he needed to come back. I was charged £80 for putting a bolt in and that was it. The part that was supposed to be ordered and installed never was …the communication broke down so a dishonest unprofessional person from my experience.

  Responded to query very quickly. Arranged to come at a time to suit work schedule. Rene was very pleasant and efficient. He determined fault really quickly, ordered part and arranged to come back to fit it as soon as it suited me workwise. Would certainly use again for any other appliance issues and will be recommending to anyone that has a problem with any kitchen appliance.

  Very professional and on time. Rene carried out and completed his work in about 30 minutes without any issues. I will definitively contact him again in future for any appliances jobs and I would definitively recommend to other people.
