Responded to query very quickly. Arranged to come at a time to suit work schedule. Rene was very pleasant and efficient. He determined fault really quickly, ordered part and arranged to come back to fit it as soon as it suited me workwise. Would certainly use again for any other appliance issues and will be recommending to anyone that has a problem with any kitchen appliance.
