  Leaking shower

  Job was only up for a day and they came quickly to sort it out, gave plenty of notice before arriving and fixed the issue within half an hour. Would 100% recommend.

  Donal and Marty were very pleasant, reliable and punctual. The work was finished to a great standard and they left the bathroom spotless. I would definitely recommend them.

  Donald and Matin where great arrived when said very well mannered and tidy fitted my bath room and kitchen look at pics just sad no follow up to check work few niggles but more work was there

  I'm disappointed you only scored us 8/10 Ann. If theres niggles 3/6 months after a job is complete, people would text me. It isn't often we get snags, but we make prompt visits to rectify when notified & I appreciate that chance before a review is posted.

  ABOVE & BEYOND They were swift to get in touch , polite and were extremely helpful - even though they explained that perhaps someone else would be better suited for the work . Indeed someone was ! NI Water ! This cost me nothing and considering I would deem myself as a vulnerable customer AND that money COULD have been made , by appearing to attempt to fix an issue they knew rightly wasn’t for them - their honesty is outstanding ! They were booked up completely for 4 days too - so their honesty & work are obviously 💯 .

  Highly recommend shower tray replacement and toilet cistern replacement

  Donal came out and priced the job within a day. He gave me a date for the work. Replaced shower tray shower panelling and screens. Great job and very good finish. Also repaired faulty toilet cistern. Cleaned up and took rubbish away also. Will use again. Had tried numerous other plumbers who never phoned back.
