Donal was easy to contact and arrived on time. He spent over an hour trying to fix the problem but was unable to do it. We offered him some money for his time but he refused to take it. He did however recommend another plumber who had specialist equipment. This plumber came out with in a few days and fixed the toilet for us.

After contacting Donal and arranging a visit, he arrived exactly on time, assessed everything and provided some great advice as well. He then provided a quote with a breakdown for all materials and labour. Having agreed everything he arrived just as he said he would He carried out all the work in a very professional manner, (I was really impressed by his pipework skills) Also on completion of the work the costs were exactly as he quoted. Donal has a warm and friendly personality which makes you feel really at ease. It is my pleasure to highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

After unkempt promise from other c to plumber Donal offered to do the job. called at agreed time, assessed job, provided quote, and called after hours to do job. Good price quoted, and stuck to it. Camera required and will stick at it until he gets a cameraman. service usable in meantime. very pleased with service and manner.

Update to shower replacement. The electrician that Donal kindly arranged to come around was unable to do anything to locate the fault but charged a call out fee anyway which was disappointing. Donal came back first thing the next day (all sorted!) and was so annoyed that the electrician had charged us for doing nothing that he removed the money we had paid the electrician from his own bill!! We were blown away- people don’t do things like that in this day and age but Donal is just that kind of guy- honest and 100% trustworthy and fair. I can’t recommend Donal highly enough. A true gentleman!!
