  Excellent electrical service (EICR and rewiring)

  Dan, Kevin and the rest of the team were superb. We originally wanted to get light fixtures changed but it was soon seen that the wiring was not safe. The team quickly came up with a plan of action to help rectify issues with our wiring and other bits (EICR done as well). They were able to complete the work quickly and to an extremely high standard. Throughout the process they were great at communicating about what needs to be done and why and always very tidy. I cannot recommend them enough.

  EICR test and report

  Mehmet (our engineer) was great, but we weren't impressed with the follow up. It took over a week to get our report and then we had email correspondence from various people which made it difficult to get answers to queries. We were also invoiced again for something we had paid for on the day of the electrical testing - and told we wouldn't get our report until this had been paid for! Thankfully this was resolved quickly. Overall, poor communication (big company?) and definitely extremely high prices quoted for follow up / remedial work (we went elsewhere for this), but a great engineer.

  We're sorry that you weren't fully satisfied. However, as stated in our terms and conditions, we always aim to get reports over within 7 working days after the day of the inspection, which we did achieve. we always keep our prices competitive.

  EICR testing and general electrical work

  Stuart at Cre8 had been to us before to repair a bathroom light fitting after a water leak and we were very pleased with his service. We have recently had them back to carry out an EICR safety test and complete some general electrical work and again have received exemplary service. From the office taking our booking, to completing all the paperwork, explaining what the charges were over the phone to Stuart turning up on time and being such a knowledgeable and skilled electrician I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Excellent service!
