EICR testing and general electrical work

Stuart at Cre8 had been to us before to repair a bathroom light fitting after a water leak and we were very pleased with his service. We have recently had them back to carry out an EICR safety test and complete some general electrical work and again have received exemplary service. From the office taking our booking, to completing all the paperwork, explaining what the charges were over the phone to Stuart turning up on time and being such a knowledgeable and skilled electrician I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Excellent service!

Reconnecting mains electricity

Managed to reconnect the electricity which was primary requirement. Discussed issues with the house electrical system and whilst the job took longer than initially expected they charged for the time they had allocated.

Great company, cannot fault

This is the second time we have had a Cre8 electrician to our house and they have been brilliant on both occasions! Firstly, from booking in the job, to the following communication, but particularly to the quality of work, and general attitudes of the electricians I absolutely cannot fault them. We had an EICR with Stuart, who was prompt, courteous, and took the time to explain to me his findings in a way I could understand which I really appreciated. Then today Dan came to fix our hob, and again he was polite, friendly, and did a fantastic job which he discussed fully. Highly recommend!

Our engineers are fully qualified, and all works are carried out in keeping up with the wiring regulations.
