Mehmet (our engineer) was great, but we weren't impressed with the follow up. It took over a week to get our report and then we had email correspondence from various people which made it difficult to get answers to queries. We were also invoiced again for something we had paid for on the day of the electrical testing - and told we wouldn't get our report until this had been paid for! Thankfully this was resolved quickly. Overall, poor communication (big company?) and definitely extremely high prices quoted for follow up / remedial work (we went elsewhere for this), but a great engineer.

We're sorry that you weren't fully satisfied. However, as stated in our terms and conditions, we always aim to get reports over within 7 working days after the day of the inspection, which we did achieve. we always keep our prices competitive.
