We had a extension designed and interior bathroom and kitchen rework by Cranford design Ltd. Not knowing exactly what we wanted we were given advice with several design options. We have over 20 years of experience in submitting Planning and Building Control applications. Over these years we have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience on both domestic and commercial schemes.
Your project begins with an informal meeting to discuss what can and cannot be achieved. Its then followed by a detailed survey and design. We then work with you to ensure the design meets your needs and budget. We will then run the proposed scheme through Planning. After Planning we will put a full Building Control package together including full structural and thermal calculations along with a tender package if required. We can even introduce you to a selected group of builders that we have a longer working relationship with. During the build we will liaise with your nominated builder and assist when required.We work on all domestic and commercial projects ranging from garage and loft conversions through to house extensions, refurbishments, remodelling, new houses, flat conversions, shop and office applications and listed buildings.
