  Detached Garage Conversion and new front driveway

  Dave was undoubtedly the best decision we made. He meticulously considered our requirements and delivered an outstanding design. Although we had to apply three times due to council procedures—not Dave's fault—he patiently guided us, incorporated feedback, and helped us overcome the hurdle. Thanks to his dedication, our front driveway is complete with a Lawful Development Certificate, and work has started on our garage conversion under Planning Permission. We truly appreciate his support in securing approval for our dream project. We will definitely come back to him for our future projects!!!

  From the outset we found Cranford Design to be one of the most helpful and reliable companies we have worked with. Dave is really easy to work with, listens intently and offers exceptionally valuable advice and produces excellent quality work in a timely way. In addition to this, Dave is well connected within the local design and build community - we found this very useful. As a client, we have felt genuinely 'looked after'... if only all professional services were as good as this!
