Dave was undoubtedly the best decision we made. He meticulously considered our requirements and delivered an outstanding design. Although we had to apply three times due to council procedures—not Dave's fault—he patiently guided us, incorporated feedback, and helped us overcome the hurdle. Thanks to his dedication, our front driveway is complete with a Lawful Development Certificate, and work has started on our garage conversion under Planning Permission. We truly appreciate his support in securing approval for our dream project. We will definitely come back to him for our future projects!!!
