Lockdown / Coronavirus Working

CraftLock Ltd locksmiths are still operating through Coronavirus. During the periods of HIGH RISK and strict lockdown we will only offer emergency locksmith services for LOCK-OUTS, LOCK-INS and INSECURE PROPERTY. Please consider if the work you are requesting is essential during the periods of highest risk.During the periods of LOWER RISK we are happy to carry out all locksmith tasks whether urgent or not, though normal hours of operation are likely to be reduced.We strongly encourage you to get in touch to discuss your needs so that we can make an appointment for a time that is risk-appropriate. We can provide advice and estimates over the telephone and if you send photographs by email we can normally provide a quote by email too.The precautions we take: surfaces worked upon are cleaned with soapy water before and after. Gloves are worn for transiting through a building to get to the work location. A face visor is worn if building occupants are nearby. Keys are cleaned before hand-over. WE OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING.The precautions the customer should take: if possible clean down the surfaces to be worked upon before and after a visit. Make known any special health risks within the household. PLEASE OBSERVE SOCIAL DISTANCING.
