    Emergency access to my property & lock change

    I would highly recommend Ewan and his services. He was efficient and reliable. He accurately quoted me on the phone before arriving, without me having to ask. He turned up within 40 minutes of my call and managed to access my property within minutes and changed the entire lock within an hour. He was polite and professional & sent over aftercare advice & told me to call him if we needed any further help. Fantastic, high quality service delivered.

    He supposedly came to the property, couldnā€™t find parking and then sent a message ā€œcant find parking will come another timeā€ like you have just wasted someoneā€™s time and day for a pathetic excuse. The road is busy and i appreciate its tight and if your not confident driving it can be difficult but if you call or wait someone could have assisted him. He just drove off and sent a message, no problem I can take my business elsewhere of course.

    The massive threat of van and tool theft means appropriate parking near the property is a very genuine concern of all tradespeople. I told you I was on my way and was intending to complete this free survey appointment as planned. When I found I couldn't park I pulled up on the main road and messaged you. My exact message to you was "Hi Sarah I'm sorry I can't find anywhere to park will have to come back another time" - it included an apology. I do not answer the phone or messages while driving so was unable to respond immediately when you were trying to get in touch after this. I told you that I planned to visit again and I was willing to make the extra effort to come back. I was in no way rejecting your business and could have returned later today.
