10 out of 10!! I have Ewan before and didn't hesitate to call him when I needed a lock replaced. He gave me a clear indication of the cost, arrived on time and quickly and efficiently replaced the old lock. I can heartily recommend Ewan and I will definitely be calling him again next time I need a locksmith.

We needed a mortice lock replacing on our front door, I did some research as there are some disreputable companies out there who scam customers. I found Ewan and contacted him and he replied almost immediately. I sent him photos of the broken lock and he provided a quote, which was exactly what we ended up paying.
