The tenant commented that the builder did a great job

Rectify damp and mould in cloakroom. I’m extremely happy with the work. It was done in a timely manner to an excellent standard. Everyone I dealt with from the company was polite, professional, helpful and efficient I was also given helpful instructions on when and how to redecorate.

The team explained the work beforehand, discussed aspects of what was needed as they did the work and summed up each day's work to keep us aware of how it was going. They were careful to cause as little disturbance as possible to the furniture etc, used plenty of protective floor coverings and tidied up well at the end. They also gave advice on aspects of aftercare and re-decoration.
