Dean arrived on time, he gave us various options regarding the slow running of the kitchen mixer tap, he gave us an alternative option which suited us, we had the cartridge replaced, he was very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy, we would definitely recommend him to others, price was reasonable. I will be saving his telephone number for any future jobs, thank you Dean you are a credit to your industry.

An excellent turnaround replacing a broken shower tray and cubicle within 48 hours. Whilst completing this urgent repair Dean and his team replaced the old electric shower with a new, modern Triton model. Great job, highly recommended.

Dean was excellent. I submitted my request 2pm and at 9am the next day I had a working toilet. A price was agreed based upon a clearly laid out list of tasks - £1000 plus materials Dean completed the work and sent me invoice for £1300 plus materials. I checked job with him, pointed out shower door not closing, corners and joins not sealed, towel raise in wrong room. Dean told me the job had been hard, it was disgusting I was questionning him and walked out. There was suggestion shower door was faulty, so i contacted shower company and agreed with Dean he could install a new door to rectify the job. Dean told me he had done this. He didn't. Have had to get whole job redone.
