  Overall very pleased with the result. Build was a bit inconsistent due to non-delivery of items and illness on the part of the builder, but we were content to wait. Communication could have been better and might have ensured a perfect build rather than just satisfactory.

  Garage conversion and removed a wall between kitchen and dining room. Other internal alterations.

  Shaun provided a fixed price, kept us informed and made revisions when requested. Shaun and Charles worked well together to provide the best finish. We are doing the decorating ourselves, though this was made easy as the plastering and joinery was perfect. We are very happy with Couzens Property Solutions and would certainly use again.

  Swimming pool converted to gym space
