Overall very pleased with the result. Build was a bit inconsistent due to non-delivery of items and illness on the part of the builder, but we were content to wait. Communication could have been better and might have ensured a perfect build rather than just satisfactory.

Responded to request quickly, viewed job and sent quote. Date agreed.

Shaun provided a fixed price, kept us informed and made revisions when requested. Shaun and Charles worked well together to provide the best finish. We are doing the decorating ourselves, though this was made easy as the plastering and joinery was perfect. We are very happy with Couzens Property Solutions and would certainly use again.

Shaun was super helpful, on time on budget and easy to communicate with. Did everything asked and more. Couple of little snags were sorted quickly so I'm a happy man. Would definitely use this company again.
