  Dean rang to make an appointment within minutes after I sent my request through Checkatrade. I sent my address to him by text and confirmed the appointment through text. He came to my house immediately to fix my French door. He explained to me for all the options to fix and advised me the best solution. He fixed my French door within half an hour with reasonable price. I would highly recommend him if you needed a locksmith!

  Change of locks

  Dean was excellent from the very start, responding promptly to the job alert. He started by phoning and asking about the locks and went on to explain the different options available to me. Dean was able to carry out the work with a very quick turnaround, and the actual work itself to change two locks was done in no time at all. Dean gave a comprehensive explanation of the new locks and even offered advice and showed me how to change window handles when I asked. Overall, Dean’s work was excellent, he went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him if you need a locksmith!

  Replace lock

  Dean came from Cotswold and Avon Locksmiths, he rang to make an appointment and came on time. He had to make 3 visits to fully repair our aging door fitments. He was prompt and extremely respectful of us and our premises and he also had a good sense of humour!
