Dean visited to look at and assess the issue and get part numbers etc. He gave me a quote to repair the broken lock. After agreeing the price we arranged for Dean to return at a convenient time for me (not an urgent repair). Dean returned on the day agreed at the time arranged and fixed the issue promptly and very professionally, explaining the issue and what he was doing at each step. Fantastic communication. Stuck to agreed times and worked in a speedy and professional manner. No hidden costs. Cleaned and tidied after. Very happy customer! I'll gladly use Dean again for any future work.

Swift reply. Came out within 20 mins at 7.20 am in morning after job posted on check a trade at 6.45 am the same day. Job complete by 8 am. Friendly and did the work. Explained it all well would totally recommend.

He was absolutely incredible from start to finish! He was the first one to call me when I posted the urgent job and he was kind, caring, supportive, knowledgeable, chatty and professional... I can't find a single fault in his work and knowledge! My door put up a struggle several times but he immediately knew how to fix it each time and I've now got a secure front door and he's got a repeat customer and recommendations to everyone who needs a locksmith in future!

Excellent communication, transparent with work being undertaken, prompt with replies and working round our schedules at home. Has done a great job in repairing some old/corroded locks on a patio door.

Dean was quick to point out why my door was catching. It had been like it for years. But with a few tweaks the door now closes without a thud. He also replaced my lock with a nice sleek black one. Very professional and all round great job.
