Col is an absolute gem. We just bought a new place and the previous owners did one over, the boiler went kaput on day 1! Col had a look and replaced the boiler, but also upgraded the pipework as there were longstanding issues with this. His communication was ace throughout, he’s an absolutely gem of a lad, explains everything thoroughly and he even bought me breakfast!! Not sure what else I can say. Superb quality of work, mint fella and professional standard of work. (Which I should say ended up taking nearly 4 days - with no cost increase!) Col is great! He came on the same day to take a look at the job - he is extremely responsive, personable, reliable and very reasonable in his quotes! He came back within 2 days to complete the job! I also spoke to him about other jobs that I needed which he researched and fed back! So impressed, I got him to do those jobs as well! He even called out of hours to check in- great customer service!
