To start off it was a complicated job and Colin came through. He was professional and also reasonably priced. I would use Colin again and recommend CHPS.

Col is an absolute gem. We just bought a new place and the previous owners did one over, the boiler went kaput on day 1! Col had a look and replaced the boiler, but also upgraded the pipework as there were longstanding issues with this. His communication was ace throughout, he’s an absolutely gem of a lad, explains everything thoroughly and he even bought me breakfast!! Not sure what else I can say. Superb quality of work, mint fella and professional standard of work. (Which I should say ended up taking nearly 4 days - with no cost increase!) Follow up has been absolutely on point. 10 stars!

Col is great! He came on the same day to take a look at the job - he is extremely responsive, personable, reliable and very reasonable in his quotes! He came back within 2 days to complete the job! I also spoke to him about other jobs that I needed which he researched and fed back! So impressed, I got him to do those jobs as well! He even called out of hours to check in- great customer service! I would highly recommend!!

Called for annual boiler service. Everything was checked throughly. Was happy to answer any questions and took time to explain. Also followed up the day after to make sure the boiler was working well!
