  After speaking with several companies we chose Cool Lofts for our loft conversion and installation of a new ensuite. From start to finish they were exceptional.   Cool lofts did a loft conversion for our 1910 Edwardian house creating a large bedroom and en suite bathroom to a very high standard. Work was undertaken with minimal disruption with all trade teams being tidy and clear communication throughout the project. Quote provided by Rich and Will was accurate and completed within the timeframe estimated. Adjustments to the project were discussed with their project manager which both saved money and provided more options for the finish. We are really pleased with how they worked and the finished project.

  Outstanding Loft Conversion from Professional Skilled Team

  Cool Home Improvements delivered an outstanding loft conversion, transforming our loft into a stunning bedroom with en-suite and dressing room. Stuart, Dan, and Lee showed real craftsmanship, with excellent coordination from Rich, Will, and the wider team. Every stage, from structural works through to the new staircase and en-suite, was handled efficiently and to a high standard. Communication was excellent and the house was kept tidy.   Brilliant team, amazing service

  The company has been amazing from start to finish. Well organised - each tradesperson who was scheduled to arrive did so. Had a planned 8-9 week build - finished few days earlier than 8 weeks! We asked for a few extras to be added on such as soffits, guttering, extra plastering, doors, and it was no problem at all. The staged payments were as detailed in the quote with no hidden cost (other than what we had agreed). Would definitely recommend the company!

  Three bed two bathroom loft conversion.

  I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They carried out the complete conversion in seven weeks, leaving me just the decorating to complete. All trades and the work force were on time and totally professional in everything they did, there workmanship was of the highest order, and they were a joy to have in the property. The communication and help between myself and Cool Loft Conversions was excellent, far better than I expected or have experienced in the past. I would not look any further than them should I require any conversion work done in the future.

  Stunning Transformation - brilliant company

  Right from the outset and enquiry stage, Cool Lofts were approachable and helpful. The project ran to time which was no mean feat and also to agreed budget. The project was managed extremely well with someone in working every day. Each of the tradespeople involved were highly courteous, polite, respectful of our property and highly skilled. It was a seamless project and the end producy simply stunning. Communication was brilliant throughout. We are so glad we asked Cool Lofts to do the work and they have transformed our home.
