5* service from start to finish - Rich and Will put us at ease immediately with their ideas and knowledge. All work was of an exceptional quality, and all trades were highly skilled, approachable and respectful. Stuart was a fantastic PM, nothing was too much trouble and everything was lined up perfectly throughout which got the job done in about 7 weeks against 8-9 week estimate. Cool are experts in their field and the workmanship on our loft conversion was second to none. Would recommend them to anyone - a seamless process and amazing outcome and space for our growing family.

From start to finish Cool home improvements were amazing and totally restored my faith in builders after a bad experience the pervious year. Communication was amazing, work was top notch and every tradesperson involved in the project was polite and courteous, not only to us but to our neighbours too. We were predicted a 8-9 week turnaround but it was more like 6-7 with no lack of quality in the work produced. Would 100% recommend.

This is the second loft conversion we have used Cool for (first back in 2018), but the first where we have been living in the property throughout the work. We chose Cool based on previous experience and the fact that they promised that the work would be completed within 8-9 weeks and wouldn’t be too disruptive to us and our 2 dogs living in the house. In actual fact the work we employed them to do was completed in 7wks, just leaving us to then paint and carpet it. Its been amazing to watch it transform so quickly. All of the team are great and we’d have no hesitation in recommending Cool.
