Excellent end result. The team and all the trades involved worked to a very high standard - and were helpful, courteous, tidy and punctual. Scheduling was brilliant ensuring the job was finished within timescale. Would definitely recommend.

All work was of an exceptional quality, and all trades were highly skilled, approachable and respectful. Stuart was a fantastic PM, nothing was too much trouble and everything was lined up perfectly throughout which got the job done in about 7 weeks against 8-9 week estimate. Cool are experts in their field and the workmanship on our loft conversion was second to none. Would recommend them to anyone - a seamless process and amazing outcome and space for our growing family.

From start to finish Cool home improvements were amazing and totally restored my faith in builders after a bad experience the pervious year. Communication was amazing, work was top notch and every tradesperson involved in the project was polite and courteous, not only to us but to our neighbours too. We were predicted a 8-9 week turnaround but it was more like 6-7 with no lack of quality in the work produced. Would 100% recommend.
