  Boiler/gas issue diagnosis and servicing

  Absolutely fantastic service! Our boiler stopped working and Ryan from CoolHeat Solutions quickly diagnosed it as a gas supply issue. They were incredibly helpful, even advising us on how to get reimbursed by our gas supplier (which we did!). The follow-up boiler service was thorough and professional. Highly recommend!

  Boiler repair - - - - >boiler replacement

  Ryan and nick were amazing! We originally put a job on here as we got home and our boiler was spewing water out everywhere and we were trying all sorts to deal with the water at the time 😂😬. Right from day 1 Ryan was there to help! He gave us a quote on the Monday and we had a new boiler here by Thursday. Nick and Ryan were very professional and were happy to keep me updated every step of the way from good boiler suggestions to help me on a small budget, to how to use my new boiler in the most cost effective way. Ryan's also amazing with dogs and made my dogs day with a treat!

  Ryan was a great help when our boiler wasn’t working, he came out to fix it within 2 hours of our initial call and identified the issues and fixed it the same morning. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he was extremely professional and will definitely be using him next year when our boiler needs a service. Thanks again!

  Gas safety cert

  Ryan was quick to respond with a quote (the most competitive that we received), then quick to get the visit booked in as well. He turned up as promised and was very professional, sending us a video as we weren't at the property at the time. Would definitely not hesitate to use him again.
