  Fix leaking boiler with a part replacement

  Ryan is very reliable, he came out same day I contacted him. His communication was very clear and assured me of the work that was being done. He was quick in getting the part which was needed, even did a service as extra. If you need a reliable engineer who is professional - this is the company to go to! You will thank me later

  Ryan was extremely organised and professional. Completing the work in a timely manner and to a high standard. Ryan also explained in detail what he had done and took photos showing the work completed. Would definitely recommend.

  I woke up to no heating or hot water so phoned Coolheat!

  I phoned Coolheat and explained that I had a problem with the boiler. The engine engineer said he will be able to get out the same day to do an inspection. He arrived before lunchtime, worked out what the problem was, went away and got the parts and fixed it the very same day! I really couldn’t have asked for any more. Polite, friendly knowledgeable staff.

  Boiler Breakdown/Repair

  I contacted Coolheat Solutions as I had a major leak on my boiler, Ryan attended super fast. Identified the issue and stopped the leak! The boiler needed a new part which was ordered straight away and fitted less than 10 hours later. This was amazing! I was super pleased. It also helps that he was excellent while at the property he informed me of everything. I have some rental properties which he will now look after. Big thanks to Coolheat Solutions.

  Fitting Tado Smart Thermostat and Boiler Service

  Ryan was punctual and very well organised with the booking of the job. His work is very neat and he took the time to explain all aspects of the works undertaken in detail. Offered good advice throughout both visits to my home. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use again!

  Boiler serviced and repaired

  Ryan came out to quote for a new boiler as previous engineer said it needed replacing. He repaired the boiler quickly and saved me hundreds of pounds in the long run. Ryan also prioritised me as I had no heating and hot water. Highly recommend
