Ryan is an excellent, professional plumber who kept me updated throughout the work. He fitted a radiator and replaced a tap in our downstairs toilet. He was timely, communicated well and the pricing was fair. Highly recommend.

I phoned Coolheat and explained that I had a problem with the boiler. The engine engineer said he will be able to get out the same day to do an inspection. He arrived before lunchtime, worked out what the problem was, went away and got the parts and fixed it the very same day! I really couldn’t have asked for any more. Polite, friendly knowledgeable staff.

I contacted Coolheat Solutions as I had a major leak on my boiler, Ryan attended super fast. Identified the issue and stopped the leak! The boiler needed a new part which was ordered straight away and fitted less than 10 hours later. This was amazing! I was super pleased.
