I used Cooke and Locke for a 6 week house project, which included rewiring, plastering, new woodwork, full decoration. Sam was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process stress-free. Everything was planned meticulously and organised well with the works carried out to a high standard. I am so pleased with the finished works. Communication was excellent and work was carried out reliably and to time scale. Sam expertly provided advice ahead of and during the project. I 100% recommend Cooke and Locke and will not hesitate to use them again.

Cooke & Lock are a very professional company who do a great job to a very high standard. They are very reliable & clear about pricing & payment plans. Tradesman turn up on site when they are due & you are kept well informed about who will be arriving & when & what will be done on the day. I have had an extension built by this company & it was done within the 8 week time frame & met completely with building regs. Recently had deckboards & fence panels replaced & a hot tub cut up & cleared. Very pleased with the all the works that have been completed. The tradesmen always tidy up too. 5 STAR

I’ve recently had a Loft conversion completed by the team at Cooke and Lock and could not be happier. The price was as quoted and they were professional from the start of the project to the end. The team were always clean and tidy which is a huge plus for me. The team and very friendly and they know their stuff. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future for any other projects.

We recently used Cooke & Lock to refurbish our hallway and utility room, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and the whole team was friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have around. Dave kept me updated on who would be attending each day and coordinated the trades seamlessly. This was our first time using Cooke & Lock, and we have no hesitation in recommending them.
