I cannot recommend Cooke & Lock highly enough. Dave completely understood what I was looking to achieve with our whole house refresh. Work was carried out on time to an excellent standard and I was happy to be guided by Dave when he could see a better way of doing things. Everyone was also very patient with me when I kept saying - Oh could you just....?! I am so happy with our home now. Excellent, professional team working to a high standard who were very respectful of our home, working around our family and being very kind to my mum with Dementia.

From start to finish this company was above and beyond my expectation's. Attention to detail was second to none, communication excellent & changes were fully discussed. There were several craftsman involved in my project, all were very polite, arrived everyday on time, did a full days work & made sure I was left tidy at end of each day. Sam Cooke oversaw my project and arrived everyday to let me know what would be happening that day/week, advised well on decisions/ changes to be made & was always contactable. I will definitely use this company again & would certainly recommend. 5*

Cooke & Lock are excellent at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking at their next extension, conversion or home improvement project. Cooke & Lock supported us through every step of our home refurb. They enabled us to live within the house for the whole process working with us to ensure we always had heat, electric and water throughout the process. Communication was excellent and we always knew ahead of time what was happening and when. A special mention of thanks to every single person that worked for them, all courteous and respectful, happy to have them around the house every day. We are over the moon with the finished house and would highly recommend them.

Sam responded quickly to my request and came to survey and quote. He provided good advice and was available to plan the work in good time. His team arrived on time and carried out the work professionally and tidily; keeping dust to to a minimum and disposing of waste.
