House extension & complete house refurbishment including full re wire and new boiler system

Cooke & Lock supported us through every step of our home refurb. They enabled us to live within the house for the whole process working with us to ensure we always had heat, electric and water throughout the process. Communication was excellent and we always knew ahead of time what was happening and when. A special mention of thanks to every single person that worked for them, all courteous and respectful, happy to have them around the house every day. We are over the moon with the finished house and would highly recommend them.

Sam responded quickly to my request and came to survey and quote. He provided good advice and was available to plan the work in good time. His team arrived on time and carried out the work professionally and tidily; keeping dust to to a minimum and disposing of waste. Utility room remodel and bathroom refit

This is the third time we have used Cooke and Lock and yet again we found their quality of work and the service they provide exceptional. Their level of communication from the initial quote and throughout the project was great. Everything was completed on time and there were no surprises along the way. All the staff are a credit to the company. Hard working, friendly and trustworthy. It was nice to see so many familiar faces from when we last used them 3 and a half years ago.
We are thrilled with the results. I would never hesitate to recommend them and will use them again in the future.

This company are excellent and i thoroughly recommend them ! The workmen are friendly , hard working and excellent at their trades. They worked with respect for my property and did the job exactly as I had wanted.
They removed all of the building rubble at the end and left my kitchen clean and free from dust etc Its great to know a trustworthy local company and i am totally satisfied with the work done. Thank you
