  Quick response. Very professional and promptly diagnosed the faulty part on the dishwasher. Repair price was fair and reasonable. Didn't have to pay until a few days later once we were assured everything was working correctly. Great service.

  Marvellous service from a company who really cares about their customers

  I have used Contracool for some years on all my kitchen appliances. Just ring Tracey and along comes Dean , happy to help whatever the problem. Recently ,as some of our white goods are 20 years plus , Dean has replaced them with new models, all at reasonable costs , minimum fuss .I trust this company so much that I didn't shop around as I know that Dean knows my kitchen and what will suit my needs perfectly .Tracey keeps you in the picture regarding delivery so at all times , I know what is happening and when.I can't reccomend this company highly enough !

  Thank you for your generally positive review. With regard to the price, we quoted £160+VAT for parts and labour over the phone after diagnosis. You confirmed you were happy for us to proceed. As a small local independent company, our policy is always to provide clear pricing before starting any works. You were under no obligation, and able to decline the estimate or seek an alternative quotation. For context, Rangemaster currently charge £212+VAT for labour alone, plus the cost of parts. Their total charge would be over £300. We hope this provides clarification. With Thanks,

  Great company and customer service

  I simply has to take the time to give positive feedback About my customer experience from Dean, he kindly came out to our house (outside of his catchment) to fix our LG Washing machine. He was extremely professional, knew exactly the problem immediately. Dean changed the part, tested the machine and was brilliant! I would highly recommend and I will always use Contracool for any faulty appliances in the future. Great company and extremely reliable. A big thank you!
