Really great service by Dean. Dean was really responsive and I was able to get him in within 3 days of my initial job request. Dean was friendly and replaced the heating element really quickly and even replaced the oven bulb! I couldn’t recommend him enough

Dishwasher was checked for fault, but with input from the engineer on cost, etc., we decided not to proceed with the repair and buy a replacement.

They came next day (Saturday) on time, carried the new heater element as a stock item and fitted it very quickly. Tested the repair, gave a 12 month guarantee and at a very reasonable price - made me feel very confident about using Contracool in the future.
