Prompt response to repair washing machine. Very helpful in flexibility to attend and professional service.

Very helpful company. I posted my job on a Sunday evening and was booked in on the Thursday as I requested. Repair done on the following Tuesday. Repair was made instead of a repalcement oven which was much cheaper for me.

The repair, was discussed by telephone call. Decision was made that it would be best to replace the tumble dryer, rather than to repair it. As always, very helpful. Friendly and polite. Dean was absolutely fantastic. Initially, he was happy to chat on the phone about what might be wrong so I could either fix/diagnose myself, and when I wasn't sure, he was happy to book a time to come over soon afterwards. He advised on costs of repairing or replacing, and then made recommendations for a new machine that accounted for our needs and budget. Absolutely fantastic experience and would use again.
