7 Professional Outfit, but Busyness Precluded Heads Up on Delay on the Day

Job location: PL2The guys fit me in for an EICR in Plymouth late notice that I needed for a upcoming tenant switch out. Had to call when the time lapsed for the appointment, but these things happen I guess. Better communication would help as sometimes things are time critical and with no heads up, this could have been better. Professional and thorough service though in delivering the EICR, with a swift turn around on the report. Awaiting quotation for works resultant from the EICR, so looking for a cheap quote to swiftly install the AFDD.10 A professional and knowledgeable electrician.

Had a really positive experience with Connect Electrical Solutions today. I needed help resolving an issue with the connection between the light and the fan. The electrician who came out was polite, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He sorted everything out efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Turned up on time, explained what needed doing, and got the job done without any fuss.
