The guys fit me in for an EICR in Plymouth late notice that I needed for a upcoming tenant switch out. Had to call when the time lapsed for the appointment, but these things happen I guess. Better communication would help as sometimes things are time critical and with no heads up, this could have been better. Professional and thorough service though in delivering the EICR, with a swift turn around on the report. Awaiting quotation for works resultant from the EICR, so looking for a cheap quote to swiftly install the AFDD.

Neil was both knowledgeable and very professional. He arranged both the necessary paperwork that was required for my battery installation and did the installation in a very professional manner. He arrived promptly on the day agreed.

Had a really positive experience with Connect Electrical Solutions today. I needed help resolving an issue with the connection between the light and the fan. The electrician who came out was polite, professional, and clearly knew his stuff. He sorted everything out efficiently and at a very reasonable price. Turned up on time, explained what needed doing, and got the job done without any fuss. Would definitely recommend and will be using again for future electrical work.
