Mark listened to the issues, quickly and thoroughly analysed the problem - little signal from the aerial. Went on the roof and found the circuit board and connectors were badly corroded/broken. Suggected a new aerial which he had with him. Took photos of my solar panels - covered in bird poo - and cleaned them off. Now have an excellent TV signal. Polite, friendly, considerate, a pleasure to have met him.
