Mark Smith was obliging, thorough, and totally professional. Tidy and thoughtful of where he ran aerial cables, I finished up with a nice neat job. His charge was reasonable, and final bill was exactly how much he had quoted. He is a true professional.

Mark was fantastic. Whilst he was just replacing the patress box on my ariel cable he had a look at the TV and free view box and surround sound. He checked everything fir me. My TV stuff is very old and whilst its on list to replace in the future, his checking pointed out what is failing. I will be contacting him when I get a new TV.
