Technically excellent, personable tradesman, good time keeping, polite, explanatory and thorough.

Mark was very knowledgeable and thorough he fully assessed the property and what already existed. With the aim of saving us as much money as possible. He assessed from the cheapest option and gave other options. He discussed long term money saving aims with free view and other equipment we could source to assist with this. He also gave WiFi advice and left a quote with no obligations. We are hoping to go ahead with the work with Mark. We would highly recommend Mark for any aerial or WiFi internet related work.

Honestly don’t normally leave reviews but had to in this instance. Have trouble with wifi in my property with lots of dead spots. Have to use 5G mobile broadband. I bought an external antenna but was still getting average signal. Contacted Connect Aerials and arrived promptly, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. Tested multiple positions on the roof and I now achieve between 350 and 450mbps download speeds and over 80mb upload! Completed and installed neatly. Couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend.
