Mark came out very quickly as we were concerned aerial was at risk of falling. Bey quick and clean work.

Mark listened to the issues, quickly and thoroughly analysed the problem - little signal from the aerial. Went on the roof and found the circuit board and connectors were badly corroded/broken. Suggected a new aerial which he had with him. Took photos of my solar panels - covered in bird poo - and cleaned them off. Now have an excellent TV signal. Polite, friendly, considerate, a pleasure to have met him.
