    From the moment I contacted Doug at Concept Carpet Cleaning I found him to be helpful and friendly. He was in contact before the job to let me know he’d had an earlier date come up and on the day of cleaning the carpets him and his son were on time, phoning me before to let me know his eta. The job was carried out to a high standard and was very informative. I would highly recommend conceit carpet cleaning and shall use them again.

    Excellent service. Extremely professional, detailed, friendly and reliable. Gave great advice and support with various different items we had cleaned. A pleasure to have in the home and now our go to for any upholstery clean. Highly recommend.

    Doug was punctual, polite, efficient and extremely hard working, on what was one of the hottest days of the year. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Nothing was too much trouble and his prices are reasonable.
