From the moment I contacted Doug at Concept Carpet Cleaning I found him to be helpful and friendly. He was in contact before the job to let me know he’d had an earlier date come up and on the day of cleaning the carpets him and his son were on time, phoning me before to let me know his eta. The job was carried out to a high standard and was very informative. I would highly recommend conceit carpet cleaning and shall use them again.
