Martin did an excellent job. He explained exactly what he would do when he gave me a quote, turned up exactly on time to install the new water softener and was untroubled by minor difficulties in removing the old unit. He rerouted the plumbing for easier access, working meticulously throughout. He was courteous, very ready to explain things when I had questions and, in short, a pleasure to have working in my house.
