Martin did a brilliant job in terms of turning up on time, outlining the options for the water softener and then fitting and cleaning up afterwards. He’d fitted one for me over ten years ago. Highly personable and professional. I’ve recommended him to a couple of other people. Top bloke.

Martin came quickly to thoroughly inspect what needed to be done, and advised clearly and concisely, based on his vast experience. He provided water softener options and brochures and left us to peruse these to satisfy our own needs and requirements. Once decided, Martin quickly set about sourcing the appliance and arranging a date for installation. On the day itself, it was executed precisely, timely, effectively, cleanly, and professionally in a communicative and engaging manner. We are very happy. Water softener installed in our new house. Martin was very professional and carried the work out quickly and to high standard (even with unforseen pipework challenges). He provided a lot of advice. Would recommend if you are interested in a softener.

Martin did an excellent job. He explained exactly what he would do when he gave me a quote, turned up exactly on time to install the new water softener and was untroubled by minor difficulties in removing the old unit. He rerouted the plumbing for easier access, working meticulously throughout. He was courteous, very ready to explain things when I had questions and, in short, a pleasure to have working in my house. Despite the job being perhaps trickier than he had expected, he held to the original quote. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.
