  Kitchen door repair

  Sam at Collins Property Services was brilliant from start to finish. Sam was quick and efficient when communicating through Checkatrade app and then again via WhatsApp. Sam was early to our property and was efficient in looking at the issue which was a kitchen door coming away from an integrated dishwasher. Sam communicated thoroughly about what our options were and he was able to fix our problem quickly. Sam also came back to our property an hour later after he left to check on a glue he had applied to make sure it was secure. Sam was clean and tidy with tools in our kitchen which we value.

  Sam was wonderful. Laid a lovely quick step flooring in 3 rooms. Dealt with my wonky floor perfectly. Really professional and reliable. Happy to recommend him to others. Very tidy and cleaned up after himself.

  Did a great job!

  Found Sam on check-a-trade and contacted him for help with a tricky and tedious job - trying to eradicate creaks from our floorboards. He managed to find the problem and did a very neat job of relaying part of the floor. Cleared up well, and did the job in double quick time, with very little disruption. We will definitely recommend.
