I am really pleased with the work Sam carried out on my kitchen before Christmas 2025. This wasn’t a straightforward installation — it involved adding new elements to an existing layout and creating some bespoke pieces to make everything blend seamlessly. Sam handled it brilliantly. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he took real care to ensure the new work matched perfectly with what was already there. He was tidy, reliable, flexible and clearly takes pride in doing things properly. The finished result looks fantastic and feels beautifully crafted.

under mount sink had come away from its adhesive and needed refitting. Sam resealed it and built a basic wooden support to help take the weight going forwards. also fitted a new tap while here. would definately use again and have already asked him to quote on a couple of other bits. Solid. would recommend.

Collins property development came and replaced all architrave, skirting, 6 doors, and installed a new loft hatch. We had a great experience with Sam who was professional, reliable and punctual throughout the job. Once we had it all painted and new carpets fitted, a few adjustments were needed on doors to which he came back promptly to do. I would not hesitate to use Collins Property services again, a professional, reliable, friendly and trustworthy experience was had.

Same was reliable, turning up when he said he would and finishing the job as promised, a rare thing these days. He fitted a pre-loved kitchen without a design plan and did a fantastic job. The tradespeople he brought in for electrics and plastering were equally polite, tidy and professional. I'd highly recommend Sam, he's lovely to work with, took my changes in stride and returned promptly to fix minor snags you'd expect in any building project.
