  Repair/Repoint brickwork

  Arrangements were made with Paul by text & phone to turn up to look at the job, but he didn't show up. Paul did text nearly 12 hours later to apologise for the no show and again a day or so later, to offer to pop in as he was in the area. I also had a couple of missed calls from Paul's number following the texts. I had arranged with my employer to arrive late that morning, to accommodate our arrangement. All it took was a phone call to let me know that the appointment couldn't be kept, we could have re-arranged & I could have gone to work. I'm not chasing tradepeople, I'll just look elsewhere

  Unfortunately I couldn’t make the app & did call afterwards with no answer and then text again,no reply but message was read by customer.Shame as we pride ourselves in our work.I truly believe this customer was let down a few times and we took the brunt.

  I recently had my garage modified by Paul Collins - Renovation Plus Limited, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the communication was excellent—clear, timely, and professional. The crew was respectful, friendly, and a pleasure to have around.   Painting exterior stone window sills, surrounds & rendered side wall in weathershield paint.

  Paul and his crew removed a blown exterior window sill and rebuilt it on a previous job then returned to paint all exterior sills, decorative surrounds and a rendered wall to match. They did the job quickly and cleanly and now the front of my house looks amazing, like new! I'm over the moon with the result.

  Install decorative cast iron fireplace

  We have had Paul do numerous jobs for us. Has always been upfront with the jobs, reliable and always does the job to a high standard. We required widening of the fireplace opening, leveling off and tiling the hearth and then fitting the heavy cast iron fireplace. The job was completed in 2 days and looks great. Have already asked to be booked in for further jobs.

  To repair or replace a large, external stone windowsill

  Paul and Kyle worked hard to carefully remove the damaged windowsill without damaging the surrounding brickwork and the window above. They crafted a new concrete 'sill in place, shaped it exactly to match the others on the house and once the concrete had gone off, polished and sealed it against weather damage for me ready to be painted. All the old rubble was removed on day one and the area was tidied and swept clean each day. A friendly, knowledgable and experienced team that I'll definitely use again.

  Fitted new roof to outhouse and converted to utility room

  Excellent and recommend 100%. Hight quality work, on budget and on time. Paul and his team take a lot of pride in their work and enjoy the attention detail. Really helpful suggestions from Paul enhanced the job and still came in on budget. Everything kept as tidy and clean as possible during the project and the team really worked well and kept my neighbours on side . Very pleased and will definitely us Paul's team again
