Arrangements were made with Paul by text & phone to turn up to look at the job, but he didn't show up.
Paul did text nearly 12 hours later to apologise for the no show and again a day or so later, to offer to pop in as he was in the area. I also had a couple of missed calls from Paul's number following the texts.
I had arranged with my employer to arrive late that morning, to accommodate our arrangement. All it took was a phone call to let me know that the appointment couldn't be kept, we could have re-arranged & I could have gone to work.
I'm not chasing tradepeople, I'll just look elsewhere

Unfortunately I couldn’t make the app & did call afterwards with no answer and then text again,no reply but message was read by customer.Shame as we pride ourselves in our work.I truly believe this customer was let down a few times and we took the brunt.
