I have had the pleasure of working with Sam on two occasions for work at one of our sites. From the start, he made it easy to discuss the issues and clearly outlined the scope of work. His reliability and excellent communication throughout the process made everything run smoothly. Sam provided before and after photos of the area, ensuring full transparency and quality assurance. His knowledge and helpful approach were truly appreciated. The work was done to a high standard as I expected it would be after the recommendation I got. We had our patio extended in our new home to accommodate our garden furniture and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Sam at Coldicott Construction, from the very beginning Sam was efficient, punctual and had great attention to detail.
