  Driveway Gate Pier

  My works were to dismantle a damaged driveway gate pier and rebuild it. The works were carried out to a high standard and the work area was kept clean and tidy throughout. Communications were very good and completed as agreed and as quoted. I am happy to recommend Coldicott Constructions to others.

  Great quote, excellent comms and a superb outcome

  Sam and his team relaid a rear patio for me and also stabilised some loose paving slabs. Everything about their work was fantastic. Quote process was quick and they kept to the quote. Excellent communications about what was to be delivered and when and the work started as soon as the materials arrived. End result was brilliant. All in all, it couldn't have gone better. This is the second time I have used Coldicott Construction and now I would not consider using anyone else.

  Replaced sill and corbels - great job

  Replaced a stone sill on a large window in our victorian house, also four broken and missing corbels. All these items needed to be custom made, which Sam organised together with the necessary scaffolding. As part of the original job request he also repaired a number of spalling and damaged bricks on steps at the back of the house. Sam kept us well informed while awaiting the manufacture of the bespoke parts. We are delighted with the workmanship, efficiency and professionalism of both Sam and his colleague Simon. The work is neat, they cleaned up well and were pleasant guys. Super job.
