I have had the pleasure of working with Sam on two occasions for work at one of our sites. From the start, he made it easy to discuss the issues and clearly outlined the scope of work. His reliability and excellent communication throughout the process made everything run smoothly. Sam provided before and after photos of the area, ensuring full transparency and quality assurance. The work was done to a high standard as I expected it would be after the recommendation I got. Most importantly for me though, was that the work was done when Sam said he would do it and for the price he quoted, excellent job all round!

The quality of the brick work was very good, also the site was kept very clean throughout the work. Also the slab laying was very good and connected to the existing very well.

Sam was excellent in keeping me I informed and explaining what he was doing. He arrived on time and carried out the work to a good standard.

We had our patio extended in our new home to accommodate our garden furniture and I couldn’t be happier with the service from Sam at Coldicott Construction, from the very beginning Sam was efficient, punctual and had great attention to detail. I’m extremely happy with the finished result, I would highly recommend Coldicott Construction to anybody and I would use Sam again for any other work in the future.
