10 Shut the front door

Our UPVC front door had dropped and locking was a problem. Paul agreed a date and time to look at the problem. He came on time and adjusted the door efficiently despite problems with accessing the hinge adjustment mechanism. Paul was polite, explained what he was doing and cleaned up afterwards. We had our windows and doors repaired with adjustments to the alignment and new hinges/handles (where required). Paul was professional, attentive and friendly, the work was done quickly and to a high standard. The price was as quoted which is always appreciated when it comes to home repairs! Unlike other calls I made, Paul came to provide a no- obligation quote and then carried out the work within the week. Competitive and reasonable rates.
