Paul was efficient, competent, friendly and helpful. He completed the repairs quickly and without fuss. He was polite and tidy in his work. He seemed knowledgeable in all the relevant aspects of lock security. The pricing was fair for the parts and labour for the 2 jobs he completed. Strongly recommended for any lock requirements.

Their man arrived on time. The problem (conservatory lock) was sorted by adjustments etc. A second problem with french door locks was resolved by replacinb door handles. This meant a second visit a few days later, again arrived on time etc. There was no call out fee & all osts were provided on the first visit. We were happy to pay the charge which we felt was reasonable. There was no hidden extras & he carried out the work efficiently & cleared all extra items plus rubbish. We have no hesitation recommending this firm to others.

Our UPVC front door had dropped and locking was a problem. Paul agreed a date and time to look at the problem. He came on time and adjusted the door efficiently despite problems with accessing the hinge adjustment mechanism. Paul was polite, explained what he was doing and cleaned up afterwards. He then got me to thoroughly test the door before he left.

Paul was grand. He assessed what was needed and gave a fair price for attendance and repairing the issues. I feel a lot better knowing that the windows and doors of parent's home are secure. Thank you Paul!

We had our windows and doors repaired with adjustments to the alignment and new hinges/handles (where required). Paul was professional, attentive and friendly, the work was done quickly and to a high standard. The price was as quoted which is always appreciated when it comes to home repairs! Overall, I would recommend and have taken a business card to share with others.
