  Unsafe installation, no certificate

  Initial work was fairly priced and the contractor was pleasant on-site. However, they left the installation in a dangerous state with live wires only held by tape—a major safety violation (C1 hazard). When asked to rectify this, they requested further payment in excess of materials to make it safe, despite it being their professional responsibility to leave the site in a compliant condition. Leaving a high-voltage EV circuit in such a state is negligent and unprofessional. I cannot recommend them given this disregard for safety.

  Excellent work.

  This firm installed an electric central heating boiler and a hot water cylinder. The work was done by people who took pride in their work, which including cleaning up afterwards. We were very impressed and would not hesitate to use C M Ward again.
