Just moved into a new flat, so we wanted to ensure that the boiler was serviced ASAP. Upon arrival for Service, it was instantly visible to the Heat Engineer that it was failing badly. Provided great advice on both repairs or the option of a new boiler whilst making the boiler safe in the meantime. We choose a new boiler system. Communication was excellent and a new boiler system fitted pretty quickly as we were now without hot water. Tidy, polite, prompt and informative. Very happy. 😊 Would highly recommend. Thank you!
