  Charles called the next day after I posted my job (sat) and determined the cause of the leaks. Great communication from Charles throughout the process. They arrived when they said they would and carried out the work in one day. Repointing was required to our apartment and they also resealed the flat roof from our neighbouring apartment.

  The lead flashing needed replacing and Charles and his team arrived promptly as arranged. They completed the job very efficiently, and cleared everything away. I was very pleased with the result and I would gladly recommend them.

  Repointing of chimney breast

  They gave me a quote on the Thursday evening and were out at 9 am the next day. I got my chimney pointed and the work was carried out professionally and they showed me pictures of the job before and after. The staff were friendly and swift. I am delighted with the results and would definitely recommend this company.
