Had some tiles on the roof slip leaving a hole. Phoned Charles and he arrived within a couple of hours to inspect and access what was required to fix the issue. Agreed price, very reasonable, and time frame. Job, done. Satisfied customer.

Had a big problem with the roof, called Charles explained what was wrong, he was quick to respond and viewed the roof. Work was started the next day, the lads are friendly, very hard workers and got straight on to the job in hand. I found them very professional and took pride in their work, when finished tidied up after themselves. Would highly recommend them thanks for your hard work.

Absolutely first class service from Charles and his team to deal with a very awkward leak on my roof. The guys went above and beyond to ensure it was dealt with quickly. Excellent customer service and very reasonable with costs.

Charles called the next day after I posted my job (sat) and determined the cause of the leaks. Great communication from Charles throughout the process. They arrived when they said they would and carried out the work in one day. Repointing was required to our apartment and they also resealed the flat roof from our neighbouring apartment.
